For me one of the most important things when owning reptiles is cleanliness. I take pride in changing out water bowls for my reptiles every day. You don’t have to do that , but I do, just like we like to have fresh water , they can too. Even with rats, it’s important to keep your feeders hydrated because they are known for overheating easily too. Scar the Savannah monitor likes soaks and also likes to eat ! He eats a rat with ease today. Ball python immediately goes for the hunt with no problem ! Chomp chomp
