What’s up everyone! In this video you will see my water monitor whose name is Spidey, eat a jumbo rat. He relies on his instincts to take his prey down, as well as the rodent is able to defend itself. How does he deal with it ? Is the prey able to harm the monitor? Does the lizard feel any pressure from prey? How does temperament change during the hunt? These are common questions wondered during feedings. Also I should add that you should never buy a reptile or any animal without research, do not buy animals only to feed them, as feeding your reptiles is only 1% of the duty.
