I have some trail cameras in the creek, which usually dries up in the summer, leaving some spring-fed pools that wildlife visit. But this year is different. We had an exceptionally wet spring, so the creek is still running, so the wildlife can go anyplace in the creek. They are not forced to drink and bath in front of the trail cameras. None the less, a few have graced the cameras, and here they are.
A few bears stop at their mud spa. I've also seen a lot of fawns and moms drinking in the creek, more than usual, perhaps because a neighbor is not putting out water for wildlife this year. At 00:49 we see a BIG family of raccoons. The mother has 3 kits she has to feed.
