Hiring a company to move a fish tank/aquarium - BE CAREFUL!

Today I was meant to have a Waterbox aquarium delivered by a moving company here in Brisbane, Australia, but it didn't go as planned. I have never had to have a big fish tank moved, so I was very inexperienced going into it, and I didn't know what to expect. I want to share my experience incase it might be helpful for someone else in a similar position.

I also want to note that this video is not intended to slander the company and I don't name them at any point. Rather it is focussed on telling my story and what we can do as consumers to keep ourselves safe and what to look out for. So basically... Don't make my mistakes!
