I messed up my substrate to make this video! Since this bowl is newly setup and doesn’t have thick plants, I use this piece of plastic mesh to help displace the water when I fill it up. If I pour the water directly into the tank, it makes a big hole in the aquasoil. I’ll only use this until the plants are thick enough to handle the pressure from the water.
