So this is a big deal for ME and YOU. For example. I bring in plants like "Hygrophila difformis" Water Wisteria..... PLAIN JANE Common as can be Aquarium Plant. NOTHING FANCY. Now there are other types of Hygrophilas (Cordata- Stricta- compact, pinatifida) and YES- there is a Polysperma. (H. Polysperma is on the federal Noxious weeds list- if could live in florida)

With this new legislature.... the US GOVERNMENT could just say "NO MORE HYGROPHILA" because of ONE Species "Polysperma" they would then need to be put back on the white list
