Hi, firstly I am not a developer, I own my own business but Facebook Business Chat have suggested I post about my issue here.

I have a website www.example.co.uk and recently ran my first FB Ads. I have FB Pixel set up on my website and the ad sent people to: https://www.example.co.uk/----------------

On this page I thought I had it set up to record pageviews and leads (when someone clicks on one of the pink buttons). However the results of the ad shows I had 2.9k leads, but in reality only 5 people signed up for my challenge by clicking on a pink button. So was it recording 2.9k pageviews rather than 2.9k leads?

I’ve used Chrome Meta Pixel Helper and it says everything is set up ok, but it can’t be.

What I want to know is whether I have set up the Pixel correctly to record pageviews and leads. Or is it just recording pageviews but calling them leads? I have set the Pixel up myself following YouTube videos but I find Facebook’s help pages very technical and confusing.

My website is built using Systeme.io.
