If you want low nitrates and a beautiful planted aquarium this is a must see video. Other methods suche as BCB Baskets, Algae Scrubbers, Biomedia (e.g. Biohome) have not achieved for me the hoped for results with reducing nitrates. Join me in learning how I now have achieved zero nitrates and in fact have to now add nitrates (Seachem Nitrogen) to a heavily stocked aquarium so the plants do not starve from zero nitrates!
