Systeme.io has officially launched sub accounts inside of their platform. In this video, we show you all about the System.io sub accounts, how they work, and what they should actually be used for. We also discuss limitations and how this feature differs slightly from platforms like Go High Level.

The great news, announced by founder Aurelian, is that sub accounts now have the same limits as your main account. For example, if you are on the free plan with 2,000 contacts, every sub account you create receives an additional 2,000 contacts. If you are on the unlimited plan, you can have unlimited unlimited plans in the sub accounts too. Note that every new sub account starts from zero.

Crucial Limitation for Clients! Many people ask if they can sell these accounts or create accounts for clients. While you can add a user as an "admin" on a sub account, that user will not actually get the full range of features found inside a regular System.io settings account. If you create an account for a client under your main admin sub account, they will not have the same features, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Who are they perfect for? Sub accounts are perfect if you are an affiliate or if you run multiple brands. This allows you to keep the information (like contacts and funnels) for Brand A, Brand B, and Brand C completely separate within one main admin account.
