Hi all! This is my entry for Jassen, Depths Unknown, aquascape contest "Pack A Bowl" My goal was to create a bowl aquascape that had some illusions of depth. I called my aquascape A Walk to The Beach.
The background I used is a simple paper printout of a blue to white gradient. I used dragon stones as the main pieces of the hardscape and small river stones for details.
I used a small cycled sponge filter to expedite the process. It was stocked with Orange Neocaridina shrimp (purchased from PapaShrimp) and 2 ramshorn snail that sneak in with plants.
For plants I am using rotola (different varients), dwarf baby tears, crypt parva, some bucephalandra, small pieces of Monte Carlo, and a good amount of pearlweed.
I hope you enjoy watching and looking forward to see what you all think about it.
