The Kangaroo???? is one of Australia’s most recognized animals, known for its strong hind legs, muscular tail, and incredible jumping ability. These marsupials can leap over 25 feet in a single bound and reach speeds of up to 35 miles per hour. The tail acts as a powerful counterbalance when moving and as a support when standing still.

Kangaroos live in groups called mobs, which provide protection from predators and help in raising young. Female kangaroos carry their joeys in a pouch for about eight months before the young start exploring outside. They are herbivores, feeding mainly on grasses and leaves, and play an important role in maintaining the balance of their ecosystem.
