20 New Deep Sea Creature Encounters Caught on Camera in Hawaii 2025 | Mega ROV Countdown № 3

NOAA's new exploration of Hawaii's deepwater environments continues with further ROV dives at depths up to thousands of feet below the surface, resulting in stunning encounters with a wide array of deep sea denizens ranging from the large, bizarre Tiburonia granrojo to small sharks, a siphonophore, and much, much more.

A huge thanks to NOAA for not only conducting the incredible work they do, but for sharing their ocean exploration with the public in real time via their ROV livestreams. NOAA's work is so deeply important to humanity's understanding and appreciation of marine life, and they are doing a great service to the public-- both in the US and around the world-- by making their findings so readily available.
