Betta Fishes are one of the most unique fishes,as u see in above video how they sleep closer to the water surface and some even out of the water on a leaf.they sleep like this cause they have special labrynth organ which helps them to take Air directly from the surface so the like to sleep closer to the water surface during sleep.so it's easier for them to take air without much movement.
