DISASTER? Or Third Time’s a CHARM?? | Cichlid Time Out!

I’ve tried THREE TIMES to get this German red peacock African cichlid back into the main tank after a long time out. Each of the prior times he got whooped hard by the others. I’m doing things a bit differently now. Will it be enough? Let me know if you have any suggestions or experience regarding the time out method for cichlid aggression. How did you do it?
