One of the most satisfying parts of setting up a reef aquarium is aquascaping your rockwork. When doing this you need to consider a variety of factors, like lighting and flow, while also "looking into the future" to provide adequate space for corals to grow naturally in the years to come. Avoid filling up your aquarium with too much rock, limiting the variety and size of corals colonies you can keep as the tank matures.
