Deer Calf Narrowly Avoids Becoming Dinner | Mountains: Life Above The Clouds | BBC Earth

1/3 of all newborn calves in the Rockies are killed by grizzly bears. But they are born with little to no scent, meaning the grizzlies are unable to sniff them out. Instead they have to manually look through the bushes, and so the calf must remain hidden.
