Young Dog Young Ferrets - Hunting with Ferrets Australia 2 ????????

We start by ferreting a garden with Champ the young whippet and his parents. After that we take Champ, the eight month old, out alone for the first time. Hoping to give him some gentle encouragement to hold the rabbits in the net and not rely on mum and dad to do it for him as hes been a bit hesitant so far. Also in this video we are using four young polecat ferrets about the same age as Champ.

Whippets are a breed known for their elegance, speed, and affectionate nature. When breeding whippets, it's essential to select healthy, well-tempered dogs that conform to the breed standard. Responsible breeders focus on maintaining the whippet's physical agility and keen sense of sight. Puppies should be raised in a nurturing environment where they can develop their social skills and temperament. Regular health checks and genetic testing help ensure the well-being of both the breeding dogs and their offspring.
