Quality Check: The fishes that we send are well treated prior to 3 days and checked for any fungus infection. Because of this reason we need a lead time minimum 3 days prior to shipping.

Aquarium Plants are packed with utmost care for long duration travel.

All fish are personally checked by our employees and packed in side & bottom sealed polythene bags with excess quantity of Oxygen to withstand long duration of travel. These polythene bags are again packed in cardboard boxes with good care.

We are supplying Aquarium fish & Aquarium Plants to different parts of India through various shipping methods.
Refund Policy

We normally have only 5% chance of death during shipping.

All claims/death on arrival are to be reported by raise the ticket with photos on the same day of receipt of the shipment.

Bunnycart would bear 100% of the cost of the fishes died/damaged Aquarium Plants.

No claim request will be entertained after 24 hrs of receipt of item.

For fish orders, we would intimate the customer minimum one day prior to delivery and if nobody receives the parcel at the customer end we won't be able to refund the amount for the damages occured. This is applicable for home delivery and delivery at Railway station for fishes.

Cancellation request for the dispatched orders will not be entertained, if the order consists of plants and fishes.

All India Shipping(Home Delivery) available only for Aquarium Plants, Accessories & Fish Food.

FREE Shipping available for orders on or above INR 499.

All India Shipping(Home Delivery) is not available for Aquarium fish.

For Aquarium fish, Home Delivery is available only in Bangalore & Delhi & Pune. Rest of the supported locations will have Nearest Railway Station delivery points as mentioned in Shipping Policy for Aquarium Fish.

In order for reducing the damages in transit, We ship only on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, Thursday All orders placed after Wednesday till Sunday, will be shipped on priority on First-come, First-served (FCFS), starting from next Monday onwards.
