How to make a goldfish FAT

Btw, today is actually my 21st birthday, anyway, this is just a snippet of how I turn a small goldfish into a big fat goldfish. Step one is clean water through lots of filtration and water changes, the next step is the higher temperature around 78 F, and the third step which you see in this video is feeding high protein food and doing it multiple times a day.
