Today we have ... a new water feature! Some of you may have seen my posts this week about my rebuild of the Mini Bird Pond after it sprung a leak. I set out to make this mini bird pond a little less mini and ended up with a larger pond plus a stream. I'm sure I'll still make some small adjustments but, for now, it's done! I finished up around 4:00 yesterday afternoon and set out a couple cameras, hoping a bird or two might show up before dark. About 20 minutes after I set out the cameras, there was lots of activity. Birds drinking and bathing! Yay! I was pretty tired after a day of working outside and ready to call it an early night, so this week's video is mostly the footage that was recorded right after finishing up the new pond.

And back at the original bird pond, the Tennessee Warblers are once again taking over the bathing pool. It's a good thing they're cute! They sure do love a good bath! lol
