Oriental Rat Snake is a diurnal snake that can be found hunting in residential areas, rice fields, either terrestrially or arboreally. At night it can be found resting in bushes and on the tips of tree branches. In defense against predators, the snake will be aggressive and hiss and extend its body laterally to scare off predators. Habitat: Plantation, Rice field, forest
Active : Diurnal (active during the day)
Reproduction : Oviparous (laying eggs)
Food : Small mammals, mice, birds, frogs
Non venomous.
