A 40-gallon breeder tank with a 20-gallon sump using CO2. Please I need help?

Dr. Novak - years ago I followed your advice and I used the store bought LED's & modified them like you said, I also have BCB's in my cannister filters of my 50 gallon tank (no plenum used). Plants grow fantastic! No algae at all. I cut down my Vallisneria every single week and my Anubias has grown fantastic. I have 12 angelfish from adult to baby size, 15 neons, and 12 ruby serpae tetras and 7 catfish. Every single thing you say is true. I cannot thank you enough.
