My Birds are Obese

I realised my cockatiels are overweight after I finished Covid isolation. They ate too much seeds staying in the cage while I was away. So I pushed them to do more exercise and eat more healthy. We get rid of the seeds and use pellets and veggies as the birdies' main food. I also pushed them to fly around. Finally you will see the outcome of the birdies losing weight.

G'day! We're from Australia with 3 native cockatiels.

Ana: Female, DOB 27/09/2020
Ana is a grey pearl cockatiel and she was bald as she was abused by her parents before she's 3 weeks old. She's timid and can be easily scared.

Lemon: Female, DOB 29/10/2020
Lemon is a pied lutino cockatiel with grey pattern on the right wing. Lemon is naughty and lively. She can't leave people even for one moment, she is unable to stay in the cage for too long.

Quishna: Male DOB 07/12/2020
Quishna is a pied lutino as well with grey pattern on the left wing. Quishna is the youngest one and he's smart and proud - never allow people to touch but he is gradually becoming the lead of the 3.

We live as a family, eat and play together!
