The best aquarium dechlorinator is made by a large well known company. It comes in a powder firm that enables you to use a lot less of it. They eat you can properly dose more fish tanks through time. Most of all Aquarium dechlorinators are comprised of the same ingredients.

Okay I have done everything right... Or so I thought. I rinsed the gravel before I put it in, I rinsed off the plants I have, and rinsed the decor before adding to the tank. The tank is cycled and has been for 1 month. All water levels are normal. No ammonia, nitrate or nitrite and pH is 7.2-7.6. Before adding the fish last week I noticed the water being cloudy. Assumed it was a bloom from the beginning of the nitrogen cycle.

Don't change the water and the cloudiness will go away and not come back, changing it will make it come back over and over again. The bacteria that was in the filter is most likely dead as you have not fed 5h3 bacteria, you will need to restart the cycle I would recommend just buying bacteria.

I have not used that, but I have used ckm and I have used Fluval beneficial bacteria starters. So I don't see why this one wouldn't work as well! They're all basically the same thing and that is beneficial bacteria to promote the nitrogen cycle.

I have a heavily planted tank that’s been well cycled for 6 months and I have no nitrite and have a stable PH 6.7, no algae since I have snails and my fishies love their home , I either top off every week or change 25% of the water, I don’t suction my substrate.

I don’t understand how you say your tank has been cycled for a month. No nitrates? And now assume your at the beginning of nitrogen cycle?
So basically your tank was not cycled. And now it’s bringing to cycle. So there’s your answer.

I went ahead and bought a 75 gallon aquarium yesterday. I’ve had a few tanks but this is by far the biggest. I’d like to buy a furniture piece to sit on or construct one myself. I’m trying to see what everyone else has put their big tanks on safely.

I built this stand for my 75 gallon about 3 years ago cost me less than $100 I would love to build one for you but since you still owe me 40.00 from a side job I did for you two years ago I would not be willing to help you out.

If you look at a stand built for the tank you will see it doesn't take much to support the weight. Almost anything will work. I have a 37 on a 4 cube storage shelf, I covered the back with a thin sheet of plywood(painted black) to make it ridged.

My son has this salt water tank and this morning 2 of his fish died, parameters are good and from what he said these bubbles are bad for salt water fish. How do we get rid of the little bubbles?

So I'm looking for advice I currently have a 40 gallon tank that's doing great recently got a 90 gallon that I'm going to be setting up its a corner tank. And I can't decide what I want to put in it. I'm doing freshwater. And how long should I let it cycle for. In my 40 gallon I have 2 fire dwarf gourami and a pleco with some tetras and a albino rainbow shark (he'll be going in the 90 gallon). They all get along.

I will be getting a 40 gallon breeder eventually! Congrats on the 90 gallon! You will cycle it until the nitrogen cycle is completed which could be 4 to 6 weeks. With regular testing you will know when that time has arrived. The first fish that I would recommend you're putting in is your pleco! A pleco will grow 12 to 18 in! I know this from personal experience. With 90 gallons you could do almost anything in the freshwater family.

The angels are beautiful! Study about them carefully so that you will know what to look for. Your chances will be better if you can find a private breeder. I had Angelfish that all came from the same breeder and I bought six at the same time and they grew up together starting in a 20 gallon tank as they grew up them all the way up to 125 and never once had any domestic issues with them. I know a lot of people say they're nippy they fight they're aggressive. I never had that issue and it might be because they all came from the same breeder at the same time and grow up together. My tank was always peaceful never drama.

bichir are super cool for the 90 as long as you get the right species it can be a forever home. mind you anything that will fit in its mouth is food when I get my 125 long I'm getting a Senegal bichir fish.

The best aquarium dechlorinator is Seachem Safe because you can treat the most amount of water with it. They all work the same pretty much.

On my whole tank I've spent a good 100$ alone on the fish and I pay a high water bill and spend about 4 hours once a week cleaning the tank also the 20$ I spent on a filter and another 20 for a heater like 30 on rocks and gravel and 20 on plants. You do the math I'm to lazy I really couldn't tell you how many fish I have tbh I've lost count it's a 25 gal tank.
