I quickly setup some new aquarium jars to house her snails and culture any microfauna that may be present.
New (to BucketPonds) species appear in vast numbers after nurturing the samples for about ten days.
Namely aquatic worms! Unknown variety. Somewhat resembling our Dero Worms.
The new Ramshorns are here too. With plenty of active individuals to start up a population.
Dina's bladder snails are a very welcome addition to our gene pool. The Physa breeding program is in full swing. With the goal of producing the best possible bladder snails. Breeding faster. More resistant to disease. Better able to handle adverse water conditions.
