You might have come across some reels on social media showcasing how these so-called "aquarium carpet seeds" germinate within 2 weeks into a lush green carpet and how you can add water and fishes in it so that it looks beautiful! But this product is a scam. These seeds can only grow emersed i.e. out of water, and can work good in terrariums. So even if they do germinate, once you add water in the bowl, they will stay like that only for a few days and then melt afterwards. Do not fall for it! instead invest in real carpet plants like monte carlo, sagittaria subulata, echinodorus tenellus, etc which can grow on top of nutritious soil.????
