Most of the most deadly snakes are vipers or elapids. It is actually rare to find a deadly venomous snake that isn't in one of these two famous, front-fanged families. The boomslang is a clear exception to this rule. This is a rear-fanged colubrid snake with one of the most terrifying venoms on the planet. But is it a good pet?
