Taking all of my goldfish out of the water

Every time I sell goldfish, or I breed goldfish, or I get new goldfish, or even when a goldfish or two dies, I try to rebalance my fish in my systems. It is optimal for a goldfish to be with as little other goldfish as possible so they can grow and have better water quality.
