This is a VERY RARE BIRD I spotted...it's the Florida Scrub Jay. There’s only about 3000 of these birds left on the planet.
And against all odds, this feathered fellow made a surprise landing right on top of my noggin!
It was my own personal bird brain moment.
We kicked things off by watching the sunrise like the early birds we are…sipping imaginary coffee and contemplating the meaning of life.
Then he knocked on my head and discovered there was nobody home!
