Will any birds use this bird house?

I came down to the chicken coop with this bird house that we got from our friend, Chuck Simpson, a realtor here in Middle Tennessee. I wanted to put this bird house by the chicken coop so that we can hopefully have some birds come in and around and maybe build a nest inside. If a bird can build a nest we can monitor it throughout the spring.
