Today I’m finally showing off one of my absolute favorite builds ever — my custom Pacman frog enclosure that I made a few years back. This thing was a full-on project, and honestly one of the most fun (and chaotic) builds I’ve ever done.
I started with a base made entirely from spray foam, carving and shaping it by hand to create a full mountain-range look. Every fake rock you see was meticulously cut, smoothed, and textured until it actually looked like a natural stone cliff. Hidden inside that structure is a layered system of containers, including a dedicated burrowing chamber that holds moisture perfectly and keeps the substrate from drying out — my frog loves it.
I even added a tiny water fountain in the back which looked unreal while it lasted (RIP to the pump that died after about a year ????). The little plant pots built right into the landscape ended up thriving, and honestly gave the whole setup a lush, mini-ecosystem vibe.
In this video I walk through the whole enclosure, how it’s held up over the years, and of course I feed my Pacman frog — Yogurt — a fully grown little strawberry dude who croaks from time to time and goes absolutely feral for worms. He’s tiny, grumpy, and adorable, and he’s definitely claimed this whole mountain range as his kingdom.
I’ll be making more custom builds like this as time allows, so if you enjoy this kind of content, make sure to subscribe — I have a lot more crazy amphibian projects coming soon.
Thanks for watching and say hi to Yogurt in the comments ????
