Here are todays top 5 animal facts!

Number 5, A honeybee can fly at speeds of up to 15 miles (24 kilometers) per hour, and they communicate with each other through a complex dance known as the waggle dance.

Number 4, The cheetah is the fastest land animal, with top speeds reaching up to 70 miles (113 kilometers) per hour.

Number 3, Bats are the only mammals capable of sustained flight, and some species can fly up to speeds of 99 miles (160 kilometers) per hour.

Number 2, The giraffe is the tallest land animal, with some individuals reaching heights of up to 18 feet, and they only need 5 to 30 minutes of sleep in a day.

And todays top fact, Elephants are the only mammel that can't jump! Because of their large size and weight, their body structure is not well suited for jumping, and they rely on walking, running, and using their trunk to navigate obstacles. While elephants may lift all four feet off the ground at the same time while walking or running, they do not actually jump like other animals.
