Salamanders are masters of regeneration. Limb, tail, heart, brain – salamanders can regenerate just about anything. The superpower of regeneration and the large genomes of salamanders sets them apart from most tetrapods—even most other amphibians. This video explores how and why salamanders regenerate body parts.
