My birds are crazy in the morning! Bird Room Zoomies!

I have 23 birds in the bird room. This is how they act after let them out of their sleep cages for the day. They will continue to fly and play and eat and bath. This is 5 minutes of them being crazy . They settle down after an hour or so and then have a nap in the afternoon and go crazy again and then settle down for bed time
