Each Spring, birds set up nesting territories and chase away would be intruders that dare enter their "homes". Unfortunately, birds do not recognize their on reflection and will repeated bang into windows and mirrors in an effort to chase away that bird they are seeing. Luckily, they rarely hurt themselves but it can be annoying to folks inside.
