Costa Rica has some pretty amazing wildlife but some of my favorite are the frog jelly sacs full of baby frogs! Tadpoles as they are known as before the metamorph into a frog. The mamma frogs will find specific leaves that fit their niche and with the male frogs they create a beautiful survival skill to help the young ones have a better chance to live. They lay the eggs in the jelly above streams and rivers until the tadpoles are strong enough to wiggle their way out and with the heavy rains they drop into the water.
