Hi Everyone!
This is the long awaited update video on the seed plant I germinated 8 months ago.
This plant is definitely not a carpeting plant, rather a beautiful stem plant. It’s still unidentifiable but it’s green and red, with both round and pointy leaves. I still think it’s a species of hygrophila polysperma but since it’s illegal in the USA, I doubt the EPA would allow a seed to be so readily sold on Amazon.
The plant is starting to grow emersed which is super exciting! I wonder if it will keep growing out of the water or if it will have a stopping point? We’ll have to see!
