On our way to RAP Chicago we were able to stop by Tidal Gardens in OH and all we can say is "Wow" - Founder Than gave us a tour and we were blown away with his impressive new place. Even more cool is that he can walk to work.

If you ever have the chance - check it out - if not - this video will at least let you see what they're up to and where your Tidal Gardens coral comes from!

Tidal Gardens is a labor of love started in 2005 by Than Thein in Akron, OH. Growing up, Mr. Thein was never allowed to have dogs or cats, but was allowed to have fish tanks. Over the years, that interest in fish tanks developed from 10-gallon freshwater aquariums to moderate-sized saltwater aquariums. From there.. Tidal Gardens!
