A small problem that is faced by some reefers is bubble algae. While in bigger tanks you can control the problem with algae eaters, like tangs, in smaller tanks you are very much limited. One way to help control is to remove it all manually, but Emerald crabs are another way to control the growth and spread of bubble algae. While not entirely bad for the tank, the algae can become unsitely and make the tank lose its attraction.

We also get some new LPS and SPS corals to add to our reef tanks.
