#BAC2022 – Moliwe River, Cameroon. By Frank Reinders

BIOTOPE IN NATURE: Moliwe River is a small river in West Africa, it has a strong current and sandy bottom. The river has soft water and a temperature of around 26°C. ca. 130 μS/cm; 4° GH, 3° KH, pH 7,6.
The water is clear and shallow, often surrounded by palm oil plantations on the banks.
Due to a very strong current, is hardly possible to decorate the biotopeaquarium with aquatic plants.
