Today's Coral Spotlight, we look at Anacropora forbesi, which is closely related to other SPS corals like Acropora and Montipora. These corals are often called Briar corals due to their growth form looking fairly similar to a Briar bush.
These corals are fairly fragile but hardy growers in an aquarium. I have often time accidently fragged this one after lightly bumping it and some branches then fall off.
This particular colony is known as Highlighter green Anacropora, but sometimes also shows up as Neon Green Anacro.
