Pangolin is a collective name for eight species of terrestrial mammals of the genus Pangolin in the family Pangolinidae. It is distributed in Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, and Guizhou in southern China, and also in Myanmar and Nepal. Different species of pangolin are distributed in different countries. The pangolin is the only mammal in the world with scaly armor. They do not have a dental structure, but instead grind their food through the cuticle of their stomach, a stomach structure that is unique to pangolin species. Interestingly, pangolins evolved from archaeopredators in the late dinosaur era 70 million years ago. In scientific classification, pangolins are classified as "fierce animals" along with mammals such as lions and tigers. It's as if the pangolin has misplaced its evolutionary technology in the long process of evolution.
