The crocodile bites into the elephant's trunk, but the elephant easily lifts the croc out of the water. This was a BAD idea for the crocodile.
The elephant lifted the croc out of the water and almost crushed him. Probably that tusks behind tons of force might have damaged the Crocodile in this fight. If it is, then this croc might lived a short duration after this. Even though the crocodile deserves some respect. To not fear elephants and attack is a characteristic of strength. Only the crocodiles have the courage and strength to attack elephants.
The crocodile needs to be careful in choosing the kind of prey it should go for next time because it is very clear that the crocodile barely survived this. I'm certainly sure that Crocodile would have died if the elephant chose to kill it.
