Birds Gain Too Much Weight after I end COVID Quarantine

Hooray! I'm free! I can see my birdies now. Thanks so much to our landlord for looking after Lemon, Ana and Quishna while I'm in quarantine! But the only issue was that the birds ate much more and not moving around because they stayed in the cage most time of the day. I weighed them one by one to see if they need to lose a bit weight in the next few days.

G'day! We're from Australia with 3 native cockatiels.

Ana: Female, DOB 27/09/2020
Ana is a grey pearl cockatiel and she was bald as she was abused by her parents before she's 3 weeks old. She's timid and can be easily scared.

Lemon: Female, DOB 29/10/2020
Lemon is a pied lutino cockatiel with grey pattern on the right wing. Lemon is naughty and lively. She can't leave people even for one moment, she is unable to stay in the cage for too long.

Quishna: Male DOB 07/12/2020
Quishna is a pied lutino as well with grey pattern on the left wing. Quishna is the youngest one and he's smart and proud - never allow people to touch but he is gradually becoming the lead of the 3.

We live as a family, eat and play together!
