Known for their striking blue color, these fish can grow up to 1.2 meters (3 feet 11 inches) in length and weigh around 9.1 kilograms (20 pounds). They have a distinctive beaklike structure formed by fused teeth, which they use to scrape algae and small organisms from rocks.
