???? Miracle aquarium survives devastating fire: Our amazing Reef Tank stands amongst the ashes as a beacon of hope as we rebuild The Aquarium Connection shop in Simi Valley. This footage of the Oct. 1, 2022 fire damage and destruction juxtaposed with the brilliant color and life that survived the flames is truly inspiring. We are grateful to all who have donated to our GoFundMe to help keep this miracle tank on emergency life support in the absence of power to the shop and assist us in the enormous effort of clearing out debris, setting up temporary operations for essential services, and difficult task of relocating this tank without further stressing the delicate corals and rare fish that have already been through so much.
