On a busy roadside, two baby birds fell from their nest.
One was tragically crushed by a car, but the other—weak and barely breathing—was given a second chance at life.

I took him home, built him a warm nest, and fed him worms and mealworms day and night. Day by day, he grew stronger, his feathers came in, and his playful spirit returned.

Now, this little survivor is learning to fly and preparing for the day he can spread his wings and return to the wild where he belongs.
