This Bird Destroys Its Own Body Just to Lay ONE Egg

This tiny bird from New Zealand looks harmless, but what it does is unreal. The kiwi lays an egg so massive it takes up most of its body, crushing its organs and making it hard to breathe or even eat. Scientists say the egg can weigh up to 25% of the bird’s entire body weight. Yet somehow, this brave little creature survives and manages to lay one of the largest eggs in the animal kingdom. Nature really went too far with this one, proving once again how extreme evolution can get.
