This is the complete build of my largest aquarium — a full start-to-finish setup for South American cichlids. After tearing down my massive plywood tank, this aquarium became the long-term solution, and everything had to be done right.

In this video, I walk through the entire process: tank placement, aquascaping, filtration, stocking, and the decisions behind every step. This setup is designed specifically for large, active South American cichlids with an emphasis on stability, flow, and long-term success.

Fish in this aquarium include Oscars, Severums, a Bala Shark, Geophagus sveni, Electric Blue Acara, and more.
