Not a Bird Trap but Cockatiels are not able to get out of this magic box once getting in

It's like a bird trap. I thought this box is ordinary but actually it's a magic box. See once a bird gets into it, they can never get out which I don't know why. The birds behave strange and try very hard to leave the box but they can't.

G'day! We're from Australia with 3 native cockatiels.

Ana: Female, DOB 27/09/2020
Ana is a grey pearl cockatiel and she was bald as she was abused by her parents before she's 3 weeks old. She's timid and can be easily scared.

Lemon: Female, DOB 29/10/2020
Lemon is a pied lutino cockatiel with grey pattern on the right wing. Lemon is naughty and lively. She can't leave people even for one moment, she is unable to stay in the cage for too long.

Quishna: Male DOB 07/12/2020
Quishna is a pied lutino as well with grey pattern on the left wing. Quishna is the youngest one and he's smart and proud - never allow people to touch but he is gradually becoming the lead of the 3.

We live as a family, eat and play together!
